Famine & Drought In The Horn Of Africa

FAMINE & DROUGHT IN THE HORN OF AFRICA

Help Music for Relief provide food, water and medical aid

RELIEF PARTNER ON THE GROUND

International Medical Corps is providing nutrition, health, and other services in South Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, and Kenya and is building capacity in the communities where they are saving lives.

A deadly combination of civil war, poor or failed rains, and loss of crops and livestock have led to rising food prices, leaving families with few options to feed themselves. You can help send aid to families in need of nutritional support, malnutrition prevention, water, and disease prevention.

The United Nations declared famine in parts of South Sudan and there is a growing national disaster in Somalia; people are already dying of malnutrition.

At least 100,000 people are experiencing famine and more than 2 million are suffering without enough food and are on the brink of starvation. Millions more children, women, and men across the Horn of Africa in Somalia, Ethiopia and Kenya do not have enough to eat. Lives are being lost and children are the most vulnerable.
